Hi~ I'm Yuki, a part-time freelance artist and a 2nd year university student. I use my free time to work on commissions, and rely on them to fund my school expenses :)My specialty is drawing chibis, so if you're looking to commission a chibi art, please feel free to check me out.

Terms Of Service

✤ GENERAL

  • THIS A LIST OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN ME (ARTIST) AND CLIENT.

  • VIOLATING ANY TERMS WILL RESULT TO A TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT AND THE COMMISSION WILL NOT BE CONTINUED.

  • I ALSO HAVE THE RIGHTS TO DECLINE ANY REQUEST/CLIENT.

  • BY ACCEPTING TO MY TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE OF 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.

✤ PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • 100% upfront payment ONLY.

  • No refund once I start working on your commission.

✤ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Please provide me about 1-3 weeks to finish your commission.

  • For consideration of commission queues, it might take longer than 3 weeks for the commission to be handed over.

  • Client will be notified with their queue number and when I start working on your commission.

  • Final illustration will be sent through gdrive link or direct email with the appropriate format (.png/.mp4/.gif)

✤ REFERENCES

  • Clients should provide a reference or detailed description of their desired, but not limited to, pose, clothes, face expression/s, color scheme, etc.

✤ REVISIONS

  • Major revisions can ONLY be done while on the sketch process for up to 3 times. (Examples of Major revisions but not limited to; pose change, clothes change, background change, etc.) So please be specific as much as possible.

  • Exceeding revisions will cost additional charges.

✤ USE

  • Commercial use must be disclosed at the beginning of transaction. An additional fee of +50% of the final price will be added.

  • Commercial use is any use of the commissioned art with reproduction, marketing, promotion, or earning of revenue in mind. Below are lists of examples of commercial use but not limited to:

  1. Merchandise – digital or physical print

  2. Streaming/Video Thumbnails

  • All prices listed are for PERSONAL USE only.

  • All commissions will be posted with the commissioner’s username. Please tell me if you don’t want to be tagged.

  • Private commissions are alright but there will be an additional charge of +3% of the final price.

  • I have all rights to share/post all commission in all my social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) as part of my self-promotion, except for private commissions.

  • I have all rights to include all commissions as part of my portfolio, except for private commissions.

  • The artist (me) is NOT allowed to reproduce or use any of the commissions requested for reproduction or merchandise that will earn said artist any revenue or monetary gain.

  • Clients should give proper credits/tagging of the artist (me) when posting the commissioned art online.
